I’m a big fan of movies and TV, ask me about Ted Lasso or Star Wars and I can talk your ear off for hours. I enjoy video games like The Legend of Zelda, Dark Souls, and Mario Kart. I’m also hoping to go on more bike rides and take more walks. |
| Why you joined WTHS: |
Joining Hope’s radio station was a draw to the college ever since I first heard about it. Putting together fun playlists has always been a big part of my family – I’ve got a lot of fond memories associated with music and travel. Being able to share my (albeit eclectic) music taste with Hope and Holland feels like the next logical evolution of that. |
| Favorite Music: |
I’d say my favorite genre is Alternative, don’t ask me to define what that means though. My favorite band is Gorillaz, so you’ll be hearing quite a bit of them during my slot. I’ve also definitely inherited my dad’s diverse taste in music. In our house, you could move from Canadian Bluegrass straight into Mongolian Metal, then to French Rap or Bulgarian Folk, ending with some Britpop or Bruce Springsteen. The biggest thing with my music: I pick theme over genre; I like to be able to tell a story through music. |
